SHIPPING

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Domestic orders )over $39 qualify for free shipping.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders (ex. AK/HI/PR) above $39! For order under $39, an additional shipping fee may apply, you can check the exact amount on your cart.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For most location within U.S. mainland, your order will arrive in 7-15 business days.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

There will be several email send to you on different states. After your payment is confirm, you will first receive an email of confirmation **<Order Confirmation> ;** a second email will be send once the **<product is ready to ship>;** then a third email will be send once the **<The Product is Shipped>**, which includes the tracking number. Lastly, when you order has arrived, you will revice an email of **<Products Delivered>**

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Some of our products is too large to put in the P.O. boxes, but we do support shipping to P.O. boxes for small products like comb and air purifier.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We are collaborate with Fedex, USPS, UPS, AGS, Amazon and 4PX, your order will be shipped by one of the carrier subject to your address and our invetory.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, if we’re able to catch it in time, we can update your order. Please reach out to service@petmarvel.com as soon as possible.

WHAT HAPPENDS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?

All items purchased from www.petmarvel.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN OF REPLACEMENT?​

Our return policy is simple and worry-free. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return them whithin 30days of purchase. If you would like to request a return or replacement, please contact service@petmarvel.com with your order number.​If your order is outside of 30 days but you have an issue with your order and are within our 365 day warranty periiod, feel free to reach out to us atservice@petmarvel.com

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY REFUND?​

Depending on your banking institution, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method(s) in 3 to 5 business days.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

Our product are 100% tested before leaving the factory so we offer a 1 year warranty on our products. If your products are damaged within a year of purchase, whether it is hardware pieces or software problem, we’ll replace or repair them free of charge. Email us at service@petmarvel.com if you have any questions. We do not accept returns or exchange for human-made damage or pet-made damage. However, if the product you received is incorrect or breaks in any way, we will gladly exchange it to the correct one or provide you a refund on a case-by-case basis.
